You have the​ right to:

  • Be treated with respect and dignity
  • Receive comprehensive information and services in a timely and appropriate manner
  • Work with Vision Loss Rehabilitation Saskatchewan's certified specialists to develop a personalized rehabilitation plan based upon your goals
  • Have opportunities to provide feedback about Vision Loss Rehabilitation Saskatchewan and our services by using our online feedback form​​​
  • Receive any information you request in the communication method and format you prefer
  • Have your personal information kept confidential and secure. 
We also ask you to adhere to the following important responsibilities and requirements:

  • Use our contact form​ as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment; 24 hours' notice is requested
  • Prepare for and participate in your therapeutic appointments, and reinforce skills through ongoing practice
